Development and production of building accessories for structures made of aluminum and PVC profiles. 2. Design, development and production of stamping equipment, injection molds, tool kits for aluminum and plastic extrusion. 3. Production on an industrial scale of complex and original fastener elements - screws, rivets, non-standard fasteners of complex configuration. Saturn LLC is an enterprise developing the production of matrix equipment and dies for hot extrusion of aluminum and plastic. High quality of the working surface of the die and dimensional accuracy are achieved using equipment from world-famous companies SODICK, OKUMA, IPSEN. Every year, metalworking equipment is purchased from leading manufacturers; about 12 million rubles are spent annually on the modernization and renewal of the machine park. Saturn LLC is a serious competitor to imported manufacturers of fittings for windows and doors and rightfully occupies a leading position in the Russian fittings production market. Each of the structures created at the Saturn enterprise undergoes mandatory tests for strength, reliability and durability. Cold heading production is intended to provide the enterprise and third-party customers with hardware, standard fasteners, complex and unique fastener elements. Parts such as bolts, screws, axles, rivets, used in various industries, are manufactured by cold heading from steel wire using an automatic machine from the Belgian company NEDSCHROEF. The machine is highly productive; five stamping and forming positions make it possible to plant complex parts at a speed of 240 pieces per minute. Periodic confirmation of the Certificate of Quality Management Compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001, assigned to the enterprise as one of the first in Russia in 2003. Products manufactured by Saturn LLC under the STN trademark are protected by certificates and patents for inventions.
