NABEREZHNYE CHELNY PAPER MILL
The Employees’ Closed Joint-Stock Company S.P.Titov Naberezhnye Chelny Cardboard and Paper Mill (ZAOr NP NCh KBK) ranks among the ten largest enterprises of the Russia’s pulp-and-paper industry; it is the second major budget revenue generating enterprise of Naberezhnye Chelny and one of the 50 major taxpayers in Tatarstan. The mill accounts for 7% of the Russia’s market of corrugated boxes and 15% of the toilet paper market. Each year, the company allocates 60% of its net profits to upgrades and acquisition of new equipment.
