BAKERY & CONFECTIONERY COMPLEX
Established in 1986, the OAO Bakery & Confectionery Complex is one of the largest and most vibrant enterprises of the bakery industry in the Republic of Tatarstan. The company boasts its up-to-date equipment for the production of a wide range of bakery and confectionery products, such as Czech, Italian, and Austrian production lines. To date, only the B&CC in Tatarstan has unique automatic lines for the production of waffle and bread products, equipment for monitoring the bread temperature and the Rondo line, capable of producing simultaneously more than 60 types of products. The company also makes halal products in compliance with Islamic religious requirements. The halal products by the Bakery & and Confectionery Complex are produced under proper supervision by the Halal Standards Committee under the Tatarstan’s Religious Board of Muslims and certified in the Republic’s Certification Methodology Centre Test Tatarstan.
