Haier entered the Russian market in 2007. By this point, Haier was already one of the leading manufacturers of household appliances in the world, a global corporation with manufacturing sites and research centers in Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. For nine years, the official representative office of the Haier Group in Russia has done a great job. Instead, metal with a special heavy-duty coating is used. Moreover, the plant uses methods that minimize water consumption and the amount of carbon dioxide released — and therefore the negative impact on nature. As at all Haier factories in the world, products from Naberezhnye Chelny undergo a multi-stage inspection at every stage, from assembly to shipment to the buyer. The possibility of marriage is minimized — Haier values its reputation and treats quality issues with special care. Not only the production itself is controlled, but also logistics — for this purpose, Haier uses a unique "Tracebility" technology, which allows tracking the batch and parts on their way from the moment of production to the end customer. Moreover, the structure of the Haier plant includes two laboratories, one of which checks the quality of goods, and the second is engaged in developments in the field of innovative technologies. However, quality control is carried out not only on its own — both products and all technological processes will be regularly audited independently. Haier has recently started the creation of an R&D center in Naberezhnye Chelny. Developing production, Haier pays special attention to customers and makes sure that they can purchase reliable household appliances without unnecessary hassle.
